Yoga Classes

Relax and unwind from your day with gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises, qigong, and meditation. Limited props are available.

Please bring a mat, strap, block, and blanket if you have them. $5. per class or free with membership.

Yoga Classes:
Yoga Class with Cindy Herbest - Community Fitness

 

10 AM T, Th, - Yoga with Cindy Herbest. Cindy brings her over 20 years as an Ace certified fitness instructor to the Yoga mat and has taught yoga since 1994. Cindy modifies the traditional Yoga poses and works with all levels of ability.   

 

7 PM T - Yoga with Gayle Worden. Gayle is a certified Sport Yoga instructor through NESTA. She is also a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer for 20 years. This class is for beginners to Yoga who are in good physical condition. A meditation ends each class.
